What colours do you offer?
Our main range of kitset lights come in a range of stock colours. There are many to choose from and you can even pick your own.
How much light output is there?
Light output varies across our range.
How do I use your AR See in Home tools?
AR (Augmented Reality) is available for most of the David Trubridge range. It can be a great place to start in visualizing which design and what size.
How do I choose a bulb/lamp?

What payment types do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard.
What currency will I be charged in?
NZD, Euro, USD or Aud.
Where do my goods ship from?
If your item/s are in stock they will ship from your nearest distributor. If not, we'll send them direct from our factory in New Zealand.
Do you charge for shipping?
No, shipping is always free.
What is the difference between "delivery address" and "billing address"?
Billing address: Associated with your credit card. Shipping address: Where we will send your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We will send a tracking link when we dispatch your purchase.
Do I need to sign for delivery of my order?
Yes, unless you have lodged an 'Authority to leave' with your postal service.
Do you ship to PO boxes and freight forwarding addresses?
No sorry, we can't.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Usually 3-14 days. In the rare case of your light not being in stock we'll email you within 24 hours.
Is my package insured?
Yes. Insurance is built into the courier services we use, covering loss and theft of the product.
What is my product packaged in?
Most kitsets are shipped in a cardboard box.
