Terms of Use

The light must be installed by a qualified Electrician in accordance with national wiring regulations and the European Union adoption of the Regulation (EU) 2023/988, known as the General Product Safety Regulation (GSPR) - Do not attempt to install it yourself. A lamp holder with electric cord is included but a lamp is not supplied. To be installed in a dry indoor areas only.

Returns

Change of mind returns

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept the return of any of our products unless the light is still in kitset form and returned within 30 days of the original date of purchase. If fixture is incomplete i.e. missing parts and/or shows signs of being assembled then restock & remediation fees of 25%-50% will be assessed & deducted from the refund due.

Warranty

All products are warranted for three years from date of purchase for failure of parts, not including fair wear and tear.

Fixtures are for indoor use only in 100% climate-controlled environments.  Exposure to outdoor elements may result in damage that is not covered by this warranty.  If fixtures are in an indoor space where doors and/or windows are frequently opened, then outdoor conditions may impact the fixtures & void the warranty.
